Studio Residency: All Access Pass

The Studio Residency is our most immersive offering. It is designed as a cohesive, 7-week creative container-where ideas evolve, relationships deepen, and your practice expands through consistency and shared experience.

Attendees will take part in our entire Sow to Seed workshops running from April 23rd - June 4th. It includes all five hands-on interconnected workshops exploring different mediums, weekly open studios where you can bring a friend and a private tour of the Morgan Conservatory and Svona Studio. It starts with an opening session where we build connection that will carry through to the ending party.

Total investment: $693, paid over 7 weeks at $99/week.

Best for: those craving structure, community, and a dedicated creative rhythm.

Workshops and open studios occur weekly at The Creative Hangars in Ohio City unless stated otherwise.
Space is limited to 12 participants.

What is included:

  • 5 artist led workshops every Thursday 6pm-9pm

  • Open studio access on Sundays from 12-4pm during duration of series

  • Welcome kit for on the go creating valued at $100

  • Kits from sessions to take home to continue creating

  • Private tour of the Morgan Conservatory and Svona Studio

  • Unlimited access to art materials during open studio — acrylic paint, watercolor paint, charcoal, papers, brushes, etc.

  • Intentional and consistent community to create alongside

  • Private group chat for support and inspiration shares

  • Opening orientation and closing art show festivities

PAPER MAKING

Explore the fundamentals of paper making, transforming recycled fibers into unique, tactile sheets. We’ll explore the full process—from pulping and pulling sheets to pressing and drying—while experimenting with texture, color, and inclusions.   • At this time we have 3 offerings of the Full Residency: All Access Pass, Studio Series: 3 Class Pass or Studio Sessions: 2 Class Pass.

  • Our open studios will be a time to catch up. You’ll be given the tools from the class and second hand instruction on the medium and project.

  • Full refunds if canceled at least 14 days before.
    50% refund if canceled between 7 and 14 days before.
    No refund if canceled within 7 days.

  • They will be held at The Creative Hangars in Ohio City.
    Located at 2808 Church Ave.

  • Yes. We are located on the ground floor and are happy to accommodate based on your needs. Let us know the best way to make you feel comfortable.

  • Street Parking
    Available along W. 29th St and surrounding streets, with meters operating Mon-Sat until 10 p.m.

    There is additional parking in Ohio City that doesn’t require payment. We recommend looking on Clinton Ave for that.
